Upload your recipient list, choose a reward amount, and send by email, text message, or reward link. Recipients choose their preferred gift card brand and local currency, with no account required on their end.
A reward is considered unredeemed if the recipient doesn't complete their brand selection before the redemption window closes. Once a recipient selects and redeems for a specific brand, that gift card does not expire unless the individual brand's terms state otherwise.
Yes. For orders with the Refund Option enabled, you can monitor redemption status per recipient directly in your dashboard.
No. Giftronaut has no contracts, subscriptions, or per-card fees. You only pay for the rewards you send.
50% with a 30-day redemption window, 40% with 60 days, or 30% with 90 days. The default 180-day window has no refund.
As credit to your Giftronaut balance for future orders, not as a cash refund to your payment method.
No. Choose it when you place the order, because it can't be added afterwards.
It isn't eligible. Only fully unredeemed rewards can be reclaimed.
Automatically when the refund window closes. It appears in the Account Balance tab under the Refund status filter.
Resend it to the same email address or phone number, or to a different one. Resending costs nothing and doesn't reduce your balance.
