Yes. Cash options let respondents take their incentive through PayPal or Venmo. These payout options carry a redemption fee of 4% (minimum $0.25) when you cover it, or 6% (minimum $1) when the respondent does.

By default, rewards stay redeemable for 180 days. Turn on the Refund Option at checkout to recover 50%, 40%, or 30% of unredeemed value after a 30, 60, or 90 day window. The Refund Option must be chosen when you place the order.
For US participants paid in USD, Giftronaut can prompt for W-9 information during redemption once a recipient's rewards reach $2,000 in a calendar year. Giftronaut does not issue 1099 forms, so check your own tax obligations.
