SMS Delivery: Send Rewards by Text Message
Where you'll see this:
Dashboard → Settings → Control Center
Your rewards can now reach recipients by text message, not just by email.
Enable Text message delivery in the Control Center, then choose SMS when you place an order.
A few things to know:
- US & Canada only: SMS delivery supports US and Canadian mobile numbers (+1).
- Built-in guidance: the message step has a live character counter and SMS best practices. You'll also see a heads-up if your message looks promotional.
- Easy tracking and resending: Order Management shows each recipient's phone number. You can edit a number there, and resend texts as needed.
