Weekly Delivery Status Report

Keeping tabs on your gift deliveries just got a lot easier.

Every Tuesday, you'll automatically receive a summary of orders sent within the past 7 days — including delivered and bounced counts. If any recipients didn't get their gift, the report links you directly to the portal to resend.

Scheduled Order Reminder Emails

Never let a scheduled send sneak up on you.

You'll now receive automatic reminders 7 days and 1 day before any scheduled One-Time Order or Smart Order goes out — with a full order summary.

Need to make an update? Simply head to the portal to edit your order before it’s sent.

Receipt Downloads in the Portal

Where you’ll see this:
Dashboard → Account Balance → History

Your receipts are now one click away.

A new Downloads column has been added under the Account Balance tab, making it easier to access receipts anytime without searching through your inbox.
