Weekly Delivery Status Report
Sent every Tuesday at 10:00 AM EST, this report highlights orders completed within the past 7 days and surfaces any bounced recipients so you can quickly resend gifts when needed.
Scheduled Order Reminder Emails
Reminder emails will now be sent 7 days and 1 day before any scheduled send date for both scheduled One-Time Orders and Smart Orders.
Need to make an update? Simply head to the portal to edit your order before it’s sent.
Receipt Downloads in the Portal
Where you’ll see this:
Dashboard → Account Balance → History
You can now download credit card receipts directly from the portal.
A new Downloads column has been added under the Account Balance tab, making it easier to access receipts anytime without searching through email.
